There are 2 x single rooms available in the home.

- Board per room: $265.00 per week
- Move-in cost per guest: $530.00 (1-weeks rent + 1-weeks bond)

Everything is provided for you - all you need is your personal belongings.

- Centrally located less than a 5-minute drive from both Windsor Shopping Centre and Invercargill Central.
- Furnished single bedroom
- Fresh bed linen (sheets + pillowcases) are supplied every 2-weeks
- Electricity, internet, and wood are all provided
- A live-in house manager that tends to day-to-day duties
- Communal areas have all the standard furniture, appliances, or electronics needed
- Off-street parking only
- Yard work done for you

No pets, not negotiable.
