Fantastic location, close to many facilities and the beach is a convenient 10 minute walk. Long term tenants would be preferred. Reason for occupancy is our beautiful tenants are moving back home to Ireland after a year of work experience in NZ, we will be very sad to see them go. They will happily allow viewings and a chat ❤️
