The house is situated on a beef farm, next door to cattle yards and sheds with multiple hazards so we are looking for quiet and trustworthy tenants that stick to themselves and understand rural life in order to minimize on farm risks. The driveway for the house is shared with the main farm driveway, there will be farm machinery and cattle around at times, horses and farm owners/workers, the driveway gate must stay closed, no wandering off the rented property site etc. - We can negotiate outdoor dogs, must have a kennel for sleeping.
