Linen – Linen packs are available for hire – $150. Otherwise you are welcome to bring your own. Linen provided in the house includes mattress and pillow protectors, duvet inners but please supply your own sheet sets and towels.
Power – If the power bill during your stay exceeds $100 per week you will be invoiced for additional costs.
Bond – We charge a property bond of 4 weeks rent which is refunded in full providing the property is left in the state in which it was found.
