Recently renovated and in a quiet neighbourhood. This is a 4 bedroom house but only two rooms are available for rent. Medium to large room for $270week and small room for $220/week. Living expenses is around $20 to $25 per week. This includes Power, Gas, Water and Internet.You will be living with the owner. I am a single professional male. Easy access to SH20 motorway. Close to shops - Takeways, Pharmacy, Doctor, Laundry and cafe. The house has a really nice and northeast facing with lots of sun. Comes with a backyard great for outdoor dining and gardening. Washing Machine and Dryer included. Lots of privacy and ideally suit single or professsional couple. Rent (large room) for a couple will be $390 per week. Couples will have their own bathroom with a bath and shower. If a couple rents one room then I will not take on another person. Maximum people living in the house will be three.
