It's a very relaxed, no stress, quiet setting with off street parking available. The kitchen and lounge area have views of the stream below the garden. Rent is $270 large room or $200 small room plus $30 for power, water and internet. However, this is negotiable depending on circumstances. We also have an adorable cat called Tommy.
