We are looking to rent out our lovely home. It has stunning water views, we are not agents so this listing is private. The house sits overlooking the inlet and is very private as it faces outwards with no houses in front of it obstructing any of the view. You get all day sun in the summer, and it is so close you can see the tips of eagle rays in the low tide inlet waters feeding in the early morning or dusk. Watch the shags dive the waters for fish and the swans swim across to feed.It's a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, with 1 separate toilet off the main open plan lounge and kitchen with a large 2nd lounge on the top floor. Fully furnished but with negotiation can be made unfurnished, currently using as 3 bedrooms and 1 of the bedrooms is a work area, but can clear this out so you can have a 4th bedroom if preferred.Master bedroom - Super King bed

There is a nice flat piece of grass to enjoy the sun on outdoor furniture and under the sun umbrella. 1 small toilet and shower ensuite for the master with a walk in wardrobe, main bathroom has a bath and shower with toilet.Bedrooms have panel heaters, and timers can be set.
