This is a one bedroom flat close to the Botanical Gardens. The flat is up a walkway, the views are great and it is on a nice and quiet street and close to town on the bus. Comes with the heat pump and a heater in the room. There is also a huge fridge included, a washing machine and dryer. It is unfurnished. Rent is $420 per week.
