We have a self-contained wing of our house (Hill View Drive, Acacia Bay) available to rent. The unit is modern, double glazed has two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and a bathroom (shared laundry in our garage) and a heat pump. The place would suit a professional working couple, we had a couple staying in the past who used the second bedroom as an office and to store stuff and that worked well, looking to do the same again. Fully furnished, water, power, wifi are all included - $550 per week. Not suitable for children, pets or smokers and only space for two cars.
