3 rooms house of 641m² in Kaipātiki

This is a THREE MONTH RENTAL only as I am going to the UK to visit family. However I am fleible regarding start and end dates for the rental and will work around the tenant, it also could get extended but I am woking on a 3 month trip only for now. This is a nice tidy house on a very safe street, we are a good community with friendly neighbours and only one road in and out so no through traffic. The house backs onto Kell park in Albany village and the village can easily be walked to from the house, it's a great location. Albany Mall is a 5 minute drive away. The motorway is 7 minutes drive. There is a swimming pool, large spa pool and gym INCLUDED in the rental, this is part of the Body Corporate here. The master is a decent size with a large wardrobe and a lovely ensuite. Then there is a large bathroom for the other two bedrooms, and another individual toilet downstairs. The road is very safe, rarely any problems, and my property manager is lovely and lives next door. I will need a deposit of the first month's rent plus a bond of $1000 to cover any utilities unpaid for (I have been burnt in the past so I have to do this) and any breakages. This bond will be repaid in full after any appropriate deductions and noted in the rental agreement. I have one very easy cat that needs feeding and pleases himself all day, and lives outside a lot of the time. He is used to strangers. We do not smoke or vape. I would like to meet any interested tenant before moving in date and we can go over more details, and discuss any variation in dates too.
