The rent of $240 covers all expenses: power, internet, Netflix, toilet paper & household cleaning products. This means no extra costs or surprise bills at the end of the month Available is an upstairs single room which gets excellent morning sun and has views across the valley towards the eastern hills. The room has a double wardrobe and near new carpet. There is also an upstairs bathroom with a shower and toilet which makes life a little easier. The house itself is large with a shared kitchen, lounge and two modern bathrooms. There is high speed internet throughout the house and Netflix in the lounge. There are smoke alarms in all rooms and commercial fire extinguishers located throughout the house. You will share a fridge freezer with only one other person plus have your own cupboard space in the kitchen to store your bits and pieces. There are plenty of cooking utensils, plates, cutlery etc which you can use if you wish. There is a house cleaning roster which only requires around 20mins once a week. Everybody is expected to tidy up after themselves (dishes etc) which keeps the place nice and clean. There is plenty of room on the back deck or in the garden to relax in the sun. The garage is setup with gym equipment which you're welcome to use, its also a good spot to dry your clothes in the wet weather. Everybody in the house works full time, is friendly, quiet and respectful of others. We are looking for a similar person to join the house who is drama free and easy to get along with.
