Supply own towels, and other bedding. 3.9kms from Nelson centre (5kms by car) or bike down the cycle path. Close to Miyazu Japanese Garden, Founders Park and the Milton Street Sprig & Fern and Fish & Chips shop. 4 Square 5mins drive away. We are a family of three including a 17yr old teenager (and 3 chickens) and working professionals. Husband works from home (office is next door to the apartment). We live upstairs, separate & private from the downstairs living area (and available only to us). We're keen mountain bikers, road cyclers, hikers with a general love of the outdoors & outdoor activities. We're looking for a mature full-time working professional who is looking for long-term renting (aged around 30+) as well as tidy & clean living. Someone a little bit sociable, as we like a chat but we do keep to ourselves.
