Our charming studio cottage is coming available for rent in mid August. We are looking for a tenant for 1 year minimum. This can come fully furnished if needed. It is tucked up on a private lane, on its own private section, lower down on the slopes of Balmoral Hill in Redcliffs. Our cosy and sunny retreat is a 15 minute drive to the city centre and 5 minute drive into Sumner. Rent is $480 per week Power and internet are fixed at $20 per week. Gas for hot water not included in price. Studio contains 1 bathroom, a kitchenette, and bedroom/lounge. An additional outhouse is available for storage.
