This is a fully furnished very nice town house available for short term rental for anyone who may need a home for a defined period - such as those visiting for business, or perhaps renovating your own home. Rent has been reduced as we have a cat Malcolm who is friendly but always hungry : ) We will leave a large supply of food for 4 months in a vertical freezer in the garage, and also an account with a local vet in case you need anything. The house is warm and secure, we have gas central heating, and the home is completely north facing with full and all day sun. The main bedroom is large with a nearly new California King bed, mains pressure hot water which is plentiful, rain head shower + traditional, and with carpeted bedrooms and laminate flooring in the living areas. Gas hob, built in oven, loads of bench space, big fridge freezer and seperate 600l vertical freezer in the garage. Small private enclosed lawn, and we are open to paying for fortnightly garden maintenance & care. Our home is in a lovely quiet street just 8 minutes walk from the Bayswater ferry which is a 10 minute hop to the city, bus links to Takapuna & Devonport, and both Takapuna and Devonport are both walkable / cycle friendly - or around $12-$15 in an uber. There are two smart tv's one 68 inch with Firestick, and one 55 inch with Apple TV. The master bedroom is spacious warm and sunny, the second bedroom is small and we us this one as an office, but it could be converted to a double or queen bed but it's not a large room
