There is a washing machine and dryer & fridge. This is only suitable for one person. No Couples or Families or pets. We have a dog and an elderly cat. They don’t want to share we are sorry as we are animal Friendly. The space is compact if you have heaps Of furniture it won’t suit you. Very nice family neighbourhood. This is a flatmate agreement as the owners live onsite
