Well suited for someone who likes the quiet and being close to nature, with the Hellyers Creek / Beach Haven Coastal walkway very close nearby and Shepherd’s park a short walk. A short walk also to buses heading to the city, Glenfield, Takapuna, Ponsonby Road, Newmarket etc. Busing to Wynyard Quarter in the city is typically less than 30 mins at peak, thanks to the bus lane on Onewa Road. You can also bus or take a longer walk / short drive to Beach Haven wharf for ferries to Hobsonville Point (5mins away with great weekend markets) and Britomart. The house has space for two cars parked back-to-back beside the house (off road) in an uncovered parking area. We (Lauren & Lakshman) live next door. Long-term tenancy preferred.
