Welcome to our fully furnished seaside holiday home on the scenic south coast (and bus route) of our coolest little capital, Wellington City. The elevated property bathes in sunshine alongside the very picturesque Lyall Bay, with the city and hospital just a 10 minute bus ride away. Supermarkets, shops, galleries, cafes and restaurants are all within walking distance. We are initially offering a minimum 1 month up to 6 month rental term. If after six months you wish to stay longer, then we would be happy to consider extending the rental term . The property is fully furnished, including linen - and a supply of winter firewood and all garden maintenance are also included. The weekly rent includes power and gas capped at $200 per month. Our cleaning fee on departure is $300.00. The property features a very large lounge/diner, two double bedrooms and one bathroom, a well stocked kitchen including all mod cons, with double glazing throughout. The spacious deck overlooking the water offers the perfect place for outdoor relaxing and dining. On the upper more rustic landing there are expansive ocean and airport views. The washing machine and dryer reside in the basement with a further secure storage room for your convenience situated on the lower level of the property.Lyall Bay and Wellington's south coast have a progressive, safe and friendly vibe, offering an amazing lifestyle and an abundance of healthy living options.
