Welcome to our fully furnished, sunny holiday home, situated on our beautiful south coast. Our elevated property bathes in sunshine with good shelter provided by the Pohutakawa trees, alongside the expansive sandy beach, at Lyall Bay. The city and hospital are only a 10 minute drive and Kilbirnie's shopping centre, galleries and excellent cafes are all within easy walking distance from the property. We initially offer a minimum one month up to 6 month rental term. If after six months you wish to stay longer, then we would be happy to consider extending the term for you for a further six months or more if required.The property is double glazed, and fully furnished, featuring a very large, comfortable lounge/diner, two double bedrooms, with one bathroom, and spacious shower. We are happy to adapt/reconfigure to suit your specific needs. All linen is included and a plentiful supply of winter firewood. Garden maintenance is also included. The washing machine and dryer reside in the basement. For your convenience we have a further secure storage room on the lower level of the property. Our cleaning fee on departure is $300.00.The spacious deck overlooking the ocean offers a perfect place for outdoor relaxing and dining. The upper landing has more expansive bay views out to Pencarrow Heads and the Cook Strait. Lyall Bay and the south coast have a progressive, safe and friendly vibe, with an abundance of healthy living options and a well known haven for water sports. The bay boasts a world class surf break and has a safe swimming beach. There are extensive coastal bike lanes, walkways, and a golf course nearby.
