Get a taste of rural life in our two bedroom unit! It's fully furnished and ideal for a small family or a couple. The kitchen is only a few years old and the unit is warm and cosy with the heat pump. Every morning you will wake up with spectacular views of rolling green hills and the odd cow or two. On the same property is our main family home as well as another minor dwelling. This is a quiet rural area so suitable to someone who is after an escape from the hussle and bussle or wants a taste of rural living. Ideally we are looking for someone who is keen to live here longer than 6 months. There are no public transport options so a car and drivers licence is a must. You will need to provide your own internet as the wifi in the family home does not reach the unit. Bills are $50 per week for power and water. We cannot have any dogs on the property due to other animals. Small animals such as cats are welcome. Fully furnished; Fridge, freezer, dryer, microwave, all furniture. There is no washing machine currently as it broke down and the current tenant bought their own.
