Beautiful views out to rolling green hills and native bushes. On the same property is our main family home as well as another minor dwelling. This is a quiet rural area so suitable to a couple or small family who are after an escape from the hussle and bussle or wants a taste of rural living. We are looking for tenants interested in a long term rental - longer than 6 months. There are no public transport options so a car and drivers licence is a must. You will need to provide your own internet as the wifi in the family home does not reach the studio. Bills are $30 per week for water/power. In regards to pets, we can only consider cats as we have a number of other pets and animals currently grazing on the property. Cats need to be toilet trained and cannot be left inside the unit when you are out. There is currently a king single and single bed in the unit however we are able to swap one of these beds for a queen size bed instead if preferred. This unit is partially furnished and we have flexibility to remove some of the furniture that you do not need.
