The owners are returning to the property, so they are not wanting to re-sign. We are looking for someone in between tenancy's or moving to Wellington who would like the place for the whole time or part of it. We pay $780 / week, but would do a good discount, as it is awkward timing and will be unfurnished. It is a lovely house with excellent views.
