An unfurnished 3 bedroom house on one level and drive on.It has a garage and off street parking and fully fenced. It is in a quiet residential area beside a childrens playarea. It has a bath and shower and separate toilet.Two minutes walk to the busstop. Pets negotiable and the property is fenced but pets need to be approved in writing first. I wish to have a fixed tenancy for one year which is renewable. In zone for most Wellington colleges especially Wellington College and Wellington Girls and Wellington High.
