Hello all, I am looking for lovely tenants to rent my three bedroom property, available short term until the end of the year being Dec 20th. It’s a fully furnished house $550 per week as seen in the photos, situated on Kulim Ave, Tauranga in a desirable area. It’s close to the water, parks, shops and Mount over pass. The train line does run behind the house and there is no set schedule with times so might be off putting to some. There is also a two bedroom sleep out on my property which my father currently resides in. He’s independent, quiet and you would rarely see him.
