5 rooms house of 670m² in Hamilton

Our house is relatively new built in . It has 2 master bedrooms with ensuite. All the bedroom has built in wardrobes. There is a decent sized backyard and deck for outdoor living. Backyard is gated so the kids can run around. We have also built storage cabinets in the garage and a full laundry plumbed and electrical wiring for washer and dryer. We have also installed insect screeens on all the windows throughout the house. The house also has insect screens installed at the back door opening to the deck so the tenants can leave the insect screen door closed and that will allow good airflow through the house on hot days. The gardens require minimal works. The tenants will need to look after the garden and the lawns.
