4 rooms house of 546m² in Wellington

Property in fairly good state, lots of sunlight and great for either a family or students with a bus stop 1min walk away. Our lease is ending in mid July so looking to assign the property until the end of it. I'm paying $850 per week but willing to subsidise $200 per week to make it just $650. Unfortunately the couple living here moved out which has made it too expensive for me and the other person currently on the lease.
