Harbour Green is a quiet building with friendly occupants. This is a small one-bedroom apartment, approximately 23m² floor area, plus a small deck giving a glimpse of Western Park. Comes fully furnished with a queen bed, bedside tables with lamps, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a dining table and two chairs, a 32" TV, etc. The kitchen is compact with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, cooktop and combined clothes washer-dryer. It is fully supplied with pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery. One set of linen is provided, including sheets, pillow cases, duvet, and towels. A vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron are also supplied. All you need to do is walk in with your suitcase. Move-in cost is 1 week's rent in advance plus 3 weeks' bond, a total of $1600. Electricity, fibre and hot water are extra charges, on top of the rent.
