2 rooms apartment of 95m² in Auckland

Hello All, I am looking for somebody to take my room in the heart of the city, as I am preparing to move overseas. Single bedroom. can fit a queen-size bed (as seen in the photos). The local universities, K-Road, Aotea Square, and Britomart are all just a 5-minute walk away, with a bus stop located right outside the door for incredibly easy access! Washer/Dryer located in bathroom, Full Kitchen included decently sized living space and kitchen with a balcony that gets amazing sunsets (LGBTQIA+ Friendly)(Smoker Friendly) Rent is $210 a week (including water), but that’s with me contributing $50 a week until my lease ends in january as I need to move out asap. (No need to pay bond or sign a lease until jan!) Utilities include Hot water and electricity, which usually come out to about $40-$70 a month (depending on how much you use) There is one other Flatemate. They are super considerate of others' space and time, usually keep to themselves, and are typically out doing cool stuff around the city, so for most of the day, the place is pretty much yours. There is access to the underground carpark, but that's to be sorted with the building manager (My keycard has access to the garage for a free park for my motorcycle, but not for a car.) Looking for a kind, cool, and fun person, roughly 18-25 yrs old, who is accountable and can pay rent on time.
