Lovely sunny 2 bedroom unit in the best central location. Super low maintenance and a couple of minutes stroll to Pukekura Park. Right next to Central School, a stone throw to multiple super markets and the CBD makes for a short walk to dinner. Separate laundry, spacious kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower. A simple yet happy little house with great neighbours. Would suit an individual or couple. I have lived here for the last few years as a single parent with two small children. Not really suitable for a family of four. No pets please. Although a friendly neighbourhood cat visits often and likes to stay for cuddles if welcomed. Sun drenched washing line down the side of the house is easily accessed from the laundry. One car garaging has mainly been used for storage, not parking a car in.
