1 room house of 142m² in Cromwell Community

Looking for a property to park a very modern caravan on, ideally need power and water, Caravan is self contained. I am new to the area and have 2 well behaved Labs that live with me, so ideally a fully fenced section or paddock would work best. Have references if required. Very handy with mowing lawns and odd jobs if landowner needs help. Would look at options of parking beside a shed or using a sleep out if the right place came along.
