Internet capability (cabling) is there but needs to be enabled by a broadband provider. Power is separate, currently under Genesis. There is currently no washing facilities though these can be arranged. The property can be fully furnished (New queen bed and storage, TV and desk, pots and pans) for $30 extra per week.
