I’m very quiet and usually stay in my own room. I have an easygoing personality and don’t have requirements for tenants. You will have exclusive use of this floor, including a private bathroom, very large storage space (with a walk-in closet), and huge floor-to-ceiling windows with an unobstructed view. The windows face south, so the room gets plenty of sunlight all day and has great ventilation. The room is well soundproofed and comes with a queen-size bed and an electric heated toilet. Your room has two built-in storage cabinets. Looking for a single female tenant for long-term stays. For short-term stays, male tenants and couples are also welcome. Location: No overnight guests allowed. Exceptions can be discussed in special cases. Rent:
