It’s a calm, comfortable space with a nice garden outlook and would suit people looking for a safe place to call home. The flat is attached to our house but is fully self-contained, with its own private entrance and a lockable gate. It opens out onto a large, sunny deck which gets great light during the day with some fruit trees and a raised vege garden. About the flat This place would suit a small family or two working professionals who will look after it well. Location Flat Bush is very convenient and easy to live in. Ormiston Town Centre is about a 4-minute drive and has a Pak’nSave, cinema, cafés and restaurants. Botany Town Centre is also close by. The property is zoned for Mission Heights Primary, Mission Heights Junior College, Ormiston Senior College and Sancta Maria College.
