This is a self contained unit within my house, ie I live upstairs and the unit is below. It is very private with a separate entrance. It is fully furnished with washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, heat pump and includes bedding etc if required. There is garaging for one car and off road parking. A generous outside area is included. Ideally this would suit a fully employed single person. Rental includes power, internet snd Sky. I would be open to someone who perhaps lives elsewhere but works in Hamilton during the week or similar and doesn't require full time accommodation. Rent would be adjusted accordingly.
