Omanu Primary & Mount College are a 100m walk and Mount Intermediate is only a couple of roads away. New World (supermarket) is a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute drive. Bayfair a 5 minute drive, 10 minute drive to the base of Mount Maunganui.Our property is fully fenced in and we are open to a dog (1 x large dog or 2 x small dogs) as we have dogs.
