Looking to find a group/family to rent our lovely and fully furnished home! The house is super warm, sunny and spacious. It has two large bedrooms and one medium sized bedroom (currently furnished as an office), a large family bathroom with separate toilet, massive living space and kitchen, separate laundry/ studio space (I've used it for pottery in the past) and a huge garden which is like having your own private park! The house is fully insulated, double glazed, has an hrv system, 2x heat pumps and a woodburner so is super cosy in the winter time. There is a garage under the house suitable for a very low car or a motorbike, and off street parking for 3 or more cars. The house is fully furnished and very well equipped. Note: the office furnishings can be removed if you wish to use it as a third bedroom.We are a 10 minute walk from Tawa station, it takes 15 mins on the train to get to Wellington station, and a 6 minute drive to Kenepuru hospital. We also have a gate at the bottom of the garden that connects to Hampton Hill Primary school, ideal if you have kids or want to take a shortcut to the train station/ shops.Ideally we would love to rent our home to people who will treat it like their own, and can commit to a one year lease.Important note: we would love to keep our sweet cat Levi with the house, he is very low maintenance and we will cover all of his costs.
