This is a 1 bedroom cabin up for rent. Fully Furnished. No bills except for gas bottles (9kg, minimal cost, we use one every couple of months or more) Power, fast internet and water included. Its nestled in the bush with no visible neighbours facing west for the most amazing sunsets, there are native birds galore and an outdoor bath with running hot water. The front boundary is Eskdale reserve, with 6km of walking and biking tracks at your doorstep. This place really is a stunner. This is located on the same property as the main house but fully separated and private. Currently I'm living in the cabin, and have been for 2 years with my two boys (10 and 12). It's fully furnished with nice furniture and the kitchen fully loaded with good quality utensils and cooking equipment. The indoor kitchen has an XXXL Ninja airfryer (not pictured) that easily does a full roast with vege, plus an induction hotplate and filter water on tap. Also you will see in the pics there's an outdoor kitchen with gas hobs and oven which we use all summer and most of the winter, this is fully covered with a roof louvre. Plenty of decking and outdoor furniture for the sunny days. Comes with heat pump, washing machine, drier, dishwasher (not pictured) and smart TV. I have a nice comfy queen size bed that will come with as per pics. There is citrus and Fejoia trees on the site. Offpeak it's around 15 mins drive to city. Bus stop is 7mins walk up the road. We are renting this as we're moving back up into the main house. Ideally 4 weeks until its available but could look at sooner or later for the right person.
