We are looking for a flatmate to move into our sunny upstairs room in our flat in Glenfield! Space is available from the 27th of October 2025. We are hoping for someone clean who picks up after themselves. We are pretty chill and quiet for the most part as we live in a family area, but we do love a drink as a flat on the weekends. Current flatmates are one female and one male in their early 20s so not bothered about whether you are male or female looking to move in. Rent is $280 weekly paid a week in advance + expenses as they come in monthly. The house is fully furnished although aren’t too concerned if you would like to add your own things to the decor around the house. The room will be unfurnished so let us know if you need help with furnishing your room. House has a large shared kitchen and living room, has a large bathroom downstairs and a small seperate toilet upstairs. Off street parking. We are a walk away from Glenfield mall and close to a bus station, a 15 min drive from AUT North Campus and 20 min drive from Albany mall. Please get in touch if this sounds like you!!
