It is on the quiet side of the building and is on the second floor. Citta is on the corner of Khyber Pass and Symonds St. The bathroom has a heated towel rail, a large shower, handbasin, and a storage cupboard. The washing machine/drier is housed in the partition between the living area and the bedroom. There is also wardrobe space in this partition. The kitchen has an underbench fridge, cooktop, oven and Xpelair plus cupboards for storage. The apartment is unfurnished apart from what is mentioned above. The pictures show how good the apartment looks when furnished. It is ideal for a single person or a couple. Tenants will be required to sign up with EasyEnergy for water supply. You can choose your own power and internet supplier. Two week's rent is required for the bond. And one week's rent in advance needs to be paid when signing the Tenancy Agreement.
