Rent of $545 p/w includes internet!!! We are looking for new tenants to move into our 2 bedroom unit in Green Bay. Long term is preferred. We would love our unit to become someone else’s home for many years to come. The unit is located at 19a Castleford Street, Green Bay. The property setup is that we are the owner occupied family in the main house and the unit is on same property/land, but it is an independent dwelling. There is no back yard for the unit rental, which makes for a very low maintenance kind of living! There is plenty of room to grow veges or plant some potted plants etc if you would like to though, as there is an area at the side of unit that is for tenants exclusive use. And you have full access to front yard part of property should the need to touch grass ever arise! All of the property maintenance for yard work etc is done by us. You can also rest assured that we are not the dreaded over bearing & nosey kind of landlord! Aside from the friendly ‘hello’s’ in passing, we certainly are not the type who ‘pop down’ for unexpected/uninvited visits/inspections/etc just because we have our home on the same property as your new home! Your space is exactly that, just the same as our space is ours. Realistically, the unit would be most suited to a small family, a couple, or a single occupant. What the tenancy includes; Please note; Water is not included in rent and is payable by tenants in full each month. Rent is $545 and includes internet. Date of availability is Sunday 19th Oct but there is possibility that this could be brought forward by 1 week (not guaranteed).
