The guy who has been here for 3 years is moving to the south island which new person will be replacing. Currently have a 60 year old male living in the downstairs half of the house where he stays and which is completely separated and un accessible from the top part, he works as a handyman and takes care of the property also, hes a nice human and very friendly and is a civil defense emergency responder, hes very quiet and keeps to himself. One room with en suite in the top half is used by myself 35 male very busy business owner, I usually only stay 1 or 2 nights a week IF that, am not normally here during the day and I'm away alot which I can explain more in detail on viewing. The current setup works well and we would like to find a replacement so it continues. Ideally we would be looking for a single male 35-65 years old. The new person will have the place to them self, So will be looking for a sensible trust worthy person that doesn't invite friends or have party's etc and most importantly always pays rent. Its a cool place to live and the house and property have good/happy vibes. Greenhithe is also a fantastic community of people. The house isn't perfect, but its cozy and in a great location.
