It has a balcony and the apartment gets all day sun. Apartment is furnished with 2x sofas, dining table, 4x chairs, double bed, wardrobe, shelves, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, kitchen utensils and some small appliances. This apartment is situated just up the road from the North Western Motorway. Buses are available. Ponsonby Rd and K'Rd are a 5 minute walk away with loads of cafes, bars, restaurants. I am looking for a mature, responsible, professional tenant who will treat my home like their own. They should be respectful of the neighbours and everything that’s included in this apartment. No smoking or pets and will suit one person or a couple. Photo ID will be required (eg Passport or drivers license) to complete tenancy agreements and bond lodgment. Rent is $620.00 per week and includes water & Council rates. Electricity and Internet at the responsibility of the tenant. 3 weeks rent for bond required and 1 weeks rent in advance please.
