The location is a real highlight—within easy walking distance to Ponsonby Central and Grey Lynn Village, with cafés, shops, and everything you need close by, and a bus stop directly across the street making commuting simple. The room itself is unfurnished but includes a built-in wardrobe. You’ll be based on the upper level of the house, which includes your bedroom, another bedroom occupied by a friendly and respectful professional flatmate, and a third room used as a shared office space. There is also a large shared bathroom on this level. The lower level is used by the owners—a couple in their 30s with a 1-year-old—who are currently based in Hamilton and only stay in Auckland occasionally as work allows. This means the house is, for the most part, shared between just two tenants, offering a quiet and comfortable living setup. The home also features a great outdoor area with a spa pool, ideal for unwinding, and is maintained to a high standard. Rent is $350 per week, with 2 weeks in advance and 3 weeks bond required.
