Walking distance to Western Springs Park, Surrey Cres and Morningside shops, with heaps of buses at the end of the street, and easy access to the motorway. Good neighbours too. As well as three bedrooms (all with wardrobes) there are two additional very sunny smaller rooms at the front of the house that can be used as studies or bedrooms to give a versatile layout. The hallway is wastefully wide – previous tenants have put a sofa in there and used it as a third living area. Bathroom one has a bath with shower over, plus loo and fittings for a washing machine.
