Very close to Supermarket and Farros, the "105" bus route and Greylynn Park plus other green spaces. Studio includes its own private North facing deck, path and access plus the property is fully fenced with established garden and trees. This is a self-contained studio, with floor size 5.5m x 4.2m, is part of a Californian Bungalow. It consists of one large open-plan room, with a kitchenette in the corner plus a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The studio is located at the front of the house and has its own entrance. I live in the main house with my partner, plus my adult daughter stays regularly, when in Auckland for work. We’re all friendly and respectful and keep to ourselves. Features: Notes
