There are 3 shower rooms, 2 toilets and a laundromat which are shared with all customers. The showers & laundromat facilities are coin-operated. Basic cooking device & utensils are available in a common kitchen. The rent includes internet connection & electricity with a cap. 3 weeks bond/deposit is required if you want to stay for 4 weeks term or more. Alternatively, the bond can be replaced by the Security cover form issued by WINZ, if you are supported by WINZ. These caravans are suitable for travelers, temporary workers or students in Greymouth area. For a couple or an extra person, $30 or 40 pw per person surcharge applied.
