Basic cooking device & utensils are available in a common kitchen. The rent includes internet connection & electricity with a cap. 3 weeks bond/deposit is required if you want to stay for 4 weeks term or more. Alternatively, the bond can be replaced by the Security cover form issued by WINZ, if you are supported by WINZ.
