I have a room with an ensuite available for $320 including power and internet costs that flats with 3 other mature flatmates that respect other peoples privacy and space. They are all males and are busy people and independent. This room get late morning sun and has a DVS system and a heater installed so you are warm and dry. The property has been fully renovated so insulated in the walls and ceiling. Oh I forgot to mention the flat has beautiful views over the harbour from the lounge and kitchen. There is also a car park off street if you need it which will cost $50 a week. The flat comes with all whiteware including a dryer / washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave and TV. There is a queen bed in the room if you need it too. So just bring your bags and move in to luxury. All the rooms have locks on the bedroom doors for privacy and this is a good option if you want to move out of home, looking for a place to stay urgently at a good price will consider short term stays (6 months).
