This is a tiny home in our back garden suitable for a SINGLE professional. It is NOT furnished but does include kitchen appliances - toaster, jug, fridge and microwave. It also has cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. The laundry is shared with the main house but via private entrance from the outside. $350 per week includes everything - power, gas, water and internet. 2 weeks rent and 2 weeks bond is required from the successful applicant.
