The location is great, with easy access to the city, & added bonus the close proximity to the Eastern Bay beaches. There is a public bus stop just up the road which makes it super convenient. The house has a lovely deck, which gets full sun during the Summer months - so truly lovely to have breakfast & evening meals on. We essentially lived out there during Summer. The French doors allow really good airflow into the lounge & kitchen area, & there is a lot of light which is perfect, especially during the Winter months. The house has everything you need, & meets all the current requirements for renters and meets the healthy homes initiative.
