3 rooms house of 2740m² in Christchurch

I am renting out my own house, due to moving in with my partner. Location. Heating: Log burner + Heat Pump in living Electric stove and oven. Vege garden. 1 full bath room + 1 full ensuite + 1 separate WC. Double garage. House is single glazed but insulated. It does get cold in the winter times. Log burner helps. Fibre ready. Unfortunately no TV aerial (use Wifi). Fully furnished with my own quality furniture. Rent will include gardener once a month. Tenant is expected to do regular upkeep of garden. Would suit someone who have owned their own house before and grew up using coasters. It's not a perfect house but it is my own well loved home. Looking for someone to take good care of it.
