Fully furnished, short or long term This is a unique and compact 3 level independent furnished little house. The top level is bedroom/study with great views over Johnsonville and has a direct entrance to the road. The middle level is the lounge/kitchen with balcony, a single sleeping place and also an outside entrance. The lowest level has 2 doors, one for the toilet/laundry and one for the bathroom with shower ,vanity unit and bath. The kitchen is fully equiped and has an electric oven with an induction top, fridge, microwave oven. There is a heat pump in the lounge area, a single bed and also a balcony. In the laundry there is a washing machine and clothes dryer, Bedding is supplied. We are changing over from Gas to electric. On the photo is still the gas oven and heater which are being replaced. No dogs, a cat is fine.
